A frankly disgusting and hedonistic display of confection lines the walls of the City.
This morning, armed guards raided the maintenance access tunnels in the City's walls after numerous reports of an odd sweet smell from residents. After opening a panel coated in icing and being nearly crushed by a tsunami of Fractal Rolls, the raid discovered a massive stash of unregistered cookies, pastries, and other baked goods. The confections were soon linked to rogue baker Eva Levante. She was caught in the act of giving an unnamed Hunter an unlicensed and unregulated oven. Concerns about a flood of cookies and cookie-like treats have been circulating for a month. They have now been confirmed and the City's massive cookie market crash has been explained in one fell swoop. In this reporter's opinion, the faster we can crack down on the rogue sugar pushers the safer our streets will be for our children. Down with the bastard confections!
