In a recent and eye-opening poll conducted by Executor Hideo himself, New Monarchy is confirmed to be the "the best faction." The objective and well-researched poll was, according to Hideo, "conducted under scientific conditions and is, frankly, conclusive."
The researchers involved have all stated that they believe that the survey reflects the consensus of opinions in The City and that there would be no further need for faction rallies.
When asked to comment on the decision, we declined.
